Kwik Sew 3066 sewing pattern, dated 2092 now out of print.

Misses' Blouses:

Close fitting tops have deep V neckline and empire waist with gathers under bust. View A and B have neckline and armholes finished with narrow hems. View A has cap sleeves. View B is sleeveless and upper front is from contrasting fabric. View C has stretch lace at neckline and empire waist seam, and armholes are finished with narrow hems.

Designed for stretch knit fabrics only. 

Sizes XS - XL:

Bust 31 1/2 - 45 inches / 80 - 114 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope has a few tears around the opening.
