Butterick See & Sew 5361 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1985.

Misses' Dress:

Pullover dress, mid calf, has back neck slit with button/loop, yoke, loose-fitting, blouson bodice with front tucks, elastic ( seamed ) waist, straight skirt, side pockets, long sleeves with button cuffs and sash.

Sizes  8 10 12:

Bust   31.5 - 32.5 - 34 inches / 80 - 83 - 87 cm

Waist 24 - 25 - 26.5 inches / 61 - 64 - 67 cm

Hip    33.5 - 34.5 - 36 inches / 85 - 88 - 92 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Pattern envelope has some wear and tear around the opening, and a handwritten date on the front.
