Butterick See & Sew 5349 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1984.

Misses' Dress:

Very loose-fitting, straight, pullover dress, below mid knee, has dropped shoulders, shoulder pads, low armholes, elastic waist, overbodice with ties (wrong side may show) and long sleeves.

Sizes    6 8 10:

Bust    30 1/2 - 31 1/2 - 32 1/2 inches / 78 - 80 - 83 cm

Waist  23 - 24 - 25 inches / 58 - 61 - 64 cm

Hip     32 1/2 - 33 1/2 - 34 1/2 inches / 83 - 85 - 88 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Pattern envelope has some light shelf wear.
