Butterick 4689 sewing pattern, dated 2005, now out of print.

Misses' Jacket and Skirt.

Semi fitted, unlined jacket has collar, shoulder pads and princess seams. A,B long sleeves. A: self fabric and contrast, single layer sleeve flounces. B: self fabric sleeve flounce. C: below elbow sleeve. Semi fitted, straight skirt, below mid knee has waistband and back zipper. D: tucks, self fabric and contrast, single layer flounces. E: center back slit.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good condition, with a store stamp on the front.
