Butterick B4146 sewing pattern, dated 2004, now out of print.

Misses' Hats:

Package includes patterns and instructions to make five lined hats, each offered in S - 21 1/2", M - 22 1/2" and L - 23 1/2" hat sizes. Purchased trims.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in good condition, with flap removed from opening.
