Butterick 6827 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1984. 

Cabbage Patch Kids Clothes:

Baseball, football and cheerleader outfits to fit 16 inch Cabbage Patch Kids. Includes instructions for cheerleader pompoms and separate shoulder pads for football player. Iron-on heat set transfer included.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Iron on transfer sheet is included. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
