Butterick 6663 paper sewing pattern, dated 2016, now out of print.

Semi-fitted tops have invisible back zipper with hook and eye and neckline, sleeve and peplum variations. A: Cut on bias, puchased bias tape for armholes. B, C: Sleeve flounce with very narrow hem.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good condition.
