Butterick 4983 vintage paper sewing pattern, dated 1971.

Children's Dress, Top, Pants & Bloomers:

Semi-fitted A-line front-buttoned dress in two lengths, with or without high waistline with drawstring, has round neckline and self or contrast armhole ruffle. With or without self or contrast patch pockets and rick-rack trim. Cropped top has rick-rack trim and self ruffle. Flared pants and bloomers with elasticized legs have elasticized waistline.

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
