Butterick 6593 sewing pattern, dated ca 2000s, now out of print.

Misses' Dress: 

Lined, partially interfaced, flared dress, evening length has neck/sleeve variations, close-fitting bodice with princess seams, raised waist, flared skirt and back zipper. A: contrast lower sleeves. A,B: upper/lower sleeves with elastic. A,C: extended sleeves with shaped hem. C: contrast for sleeves.

Bust   34 - 36 - 38 inches / 87 - 92 - 97 cm

Waist 26.5 - 28 - 30 inches / 67 - 71 - 76 cm

Hip    36 - 38 - 40 inches / 92 - 97 - 102 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in good condition.
