Butterick 6378 vintage sewing pattern, dated ca 1981.

Misses' Vest & Dress.

Loose-fitting unlined vest has cardigan neckline, front and back shoulder pleats, and extended armholes. Loose-fitting dress four inches (10cm) below mid-knee with or without side hemline slits, has shawl collar, front buttoned opening, full-length sleeves gathered into narrow buttoned cuffs, elasticized waistline and pockets in side seams. Topstitching. Purchased belt.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Pattern envelope is in good vintage condition.
