Butterick 6104 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1984.

Misses' Dress, Top, Skirt:

Loose-fitting, straight, pullover dress, 2" below mid-knee or top has collar, extended shoulders, self-lined back yoke with forward shoulder, buttoned shoulder closing, and full length sleeves with buttoned cuffs. View B has contrast collar, yoke, sleeves and cuffs. Straight skirt, 2" below mid-knee, has waistband, front pleat and back zipper. Purchased belt. No shoulder pads.

Size   12 - 14 - 16:

Bust   34 - 36 - 38 inches / 87 - 92 - 97 cm

Waist 26.5 - 28 - 30 inches / 67 - 71 - 76 cm

Hip    36 - 38 - 40 inches / 92 - 97 - 102 cm

Pattern is cut to size 16 and checked complete. Envelope has some wear around the opening and sides.
