Butterick 5845 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1970s.

Children's and girls' shirt, skirt, pants, and vest

Shirt has round neckline, short sleeves and back zipper. Optional button trim. Skirt and lightly flared fitted pants have hip yoke, buttoned fly closing, patch pockets and top-stitch trim. Loose-fitted vest for leather or synthetic leather has self fringe and tie. Purchased beads.
