Butterick 5693 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1969.

Children's One-Piece Dress, Pantdress or Jumpsuit.

Semi-fitted dress with flip skirt, pantdress & jumpsuit have dropwaist. Dog-ear band collar with or without top-stitching. Button & front zipper closing. Full length elasticized sleeve with lace trimmed ruffle or sleeveless. Self belt with or without lace trim.

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
