Butterick 5612 sewing pattern, dated 2015, now out of print.

Very loose-fitting top A, tunic B or below, mid-knee dress C have neckband, gathers, button closure, applied casing with drawstring and stitched hems, long sleeves are worn rolled up and secured with buttons (wrong side of fabric will show). B, C: side pockets.
