Butterick 5475 vintage sewing pattern, dated circa 1969.

Misses' One-Piece Dress.

Loose-fitting mini length shirtdress with side slits has front band with button closing. Full length sleeves with buttoned cuffs or short sleeves. Pointed collar on band. Patch pockets with flaps and self buttoned contour belt. Epaulet, top-stitch and button trim.

Hip    34 inches / 87 cm

Pattern is printed tissue and is checked complete. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
