Butterick 5430 vintage paper sewing pattern, dated 1969.

Misses' Jacket, Skirt, Pants and Shorts. 

Loose-fitting jacket with front button closing has notch collar and patch pockets with button flaps. Full length sleeves, gathered into button cuffs or short roll-up sleeves. Top-stitch trim. A-line skirt, flared pants with cuffs and shorts with cuffs are without waistbands. Purchased sweater and belts.
