Butterick 5388 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1969.

The Dog Eared Blouse with Long Full Sleeves.

Front buttoned blouse has shaped collar on band. Full length sleeves gathered at cap gathered into buttoned cuffs.

Bust   36 inches / 92 cm

Waist 27 inches / 69 cm

Hip    38 inches / 97 cm

Pattern is printed, cut and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with some minor spotting.
