Butterick 5255 vintage sewing pattern, dated ca.1969. 

Maternity Dress or Jumper, Top, Shorts and Pants.

High-fitted A-line dress or jumper has jewel neckline, patch pockets, and top-stitch trim; short sleeves or sleeveless. Top is cut-off of dress. Shorts and slightly flared pants with stretch front panel, have elasticized waistline. Optional purchased scarf and blouse.

Waist 25.5 inches / 65 cm

Hip    36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is printed, uncut and factory folded.  Envelope is in good vintage condition, with paper foxing and a store stamp on the front.
