Butterick 5217 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1990.

Misses' Dress:

Fitted, lined, straight dress, above mid-knee, has cut-in shoulders, side front and side back seams, back zipper and hemline slit and above elbow sleeve variations with stiffening at cap.

Size     6 8 10 12:

Bust    29 1/2 - 30 1/2 - 31 1/2 - 32 1/2 - 34 inches / 77 - 80 - 83 - 87 cm

Waist  23 - 24 - 25 - 26 1/2 inches / 58 - 61 - 64 - 67 cm

Hip     32 1/2 - 33 1/2 - 34 1/2 - 36 inches / 83 - 85 - 88 cm

Pattern is cut to a size 12 and checked complete. Pattern envelope is in good vintage condition, with a small tear on the flap at opening.
