Butterick 5211 out of print paper sewing pattern, dated 2008.

Dresses A, B, C have back neck opening with button and thread loop closure, extended shoulders and topstitching detail. A: front upper and lower sections. B: self-belt. C: gathered sleeve with elastic casing, length 2" above mid-knee.

Sizes  16 - 24:

Bust   38 - 46 inches (97 - 117 cm)

Waist 30 - 39 inches (76 - 99 cm)

Hip    40 - 48 inches (102 - 122 cm) 

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good condition.
