Butterick 5209 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1969. 

Misses' One-Piece Dress.

Slightly fitted wrapped dress has front snap closing; with or without button trim and patch pockets. Short or full length sleeves. Purchased or self tie belt. Optional braid or top stitch trim. Purchased scarf.

Waist 24 inches / 61 cm

Hip    34.5 inches / 88 cm

Pattern is printed, cut and checked complete, except for back neck facing (7) which is missing. Envelope has wear and tear.
