Butterick 5122 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1990.

Misses' Maternity Dress:

Dress, below mid calf or lower calf, has shoulder pads, loose-fitting, dropped waist bodice, dirndl skirt, back zipper and long sleeves. A: pockets. B: contrast bodice and sleeves. C: purchased collar. D: narrow hem. A and E: self or contrast applique. B and D: bow and knot. C and E: purchased trim. D and E: stays and attached ruffles.

Bust   29.5 - 30.5 - 31.5 - 32.5 - 34 inches / 77 - 80 - 83 - 87 cm

Waist 23 - 24 - 25 - 26.5 inches / 58 - 61 - 64 - 67 cm

Pattern is cut to a size 12 and checked complete. Pattern envelope is in good vintage condition.
