Butterick 5079 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1978

Misses’ Blouses.

Semi-fitted blouse has front and back tucks, one piece yoke, front buttoned closing and full-length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs. A - band collar extending into ties. B - jewel neckline and bias self ascot C - pointed collar and narrow self tie. D - pointed collar.

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope has some shelf wear.
