Butterick 4769 vintage sewing pattern, dated ca 1968.

Misses' One-Piece Evening Dress.

Semi-fitted A-line one-shoulder dress, with or without shoulder strap with bow trim.

Size   12:

Bust   34 inches / 87 cm

Waist 25.5 inches / 64 cm

Hip    36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is printed, cut and checked complete. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
