Butterick 4568 vintage sewing pattern, dated ca 1975.

Sew & Go - Misses Jumper:

Semi-fitted, tubular jumper, in below mid-knee length, has square neckline, above-elbow length kimono sleeves, self tie belt attached at front, pockets in side seams and topstitch trim. Purchased top.

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
