Butterick 4519 sewing pattern, dated 2004, now out of print. 

MISSES'/MISSES' PETITE SKIRT:

Skirt has pleat variations and side zipper. A: pressed pleats, ribbon finish at lower edge. B: soft pleats. A, B: waist facing. C: soft pleats. D: pressed pleats, ribbon trim on front. C, D: waistband.

Sizes    8 - 10 - 12 - 14:

Waist  24 - 25 - 26.5 - 28 inches / 61 - 64 - 67 - 71 cm

Hip     33.5 - 34.5 - 36 - 38 inches / 85 - 88 - 92 - 97 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Pattern envelope is in good condition.
