Butterick 4428 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1975.

Young Designer Betsey Johnson - Misses' Dress, Top, Pants & Belt.

Loose-fitting dress in below mid-knee length, or top, gathered into front neckline, has wide full-length raglan sleeves, front neckline slit, pockets in side seams and attached hood with back gathers. With or without wide self tie belt worn wrapped twice around body. Slightly flared pants have elasticized waistline. Topstitching trim. Purchased turtleneck.

Bust   34 - 36 inches / 87 - 92 cm

Waist 26.5 - 28 inches / 61 - 67 cm

Hip    36 - 38 inches / 92 - 97 cm

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope has some wear and tear at the opening.
