Butterick 4501 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1989.

Misses' Dress.

 Dress, floor length with train, has close-fitting, lined, shaped, dropped waist bodice (contrast front and back) with side front and side back seams, flared skirt with side front seams, no side seams, attached underskirt with purchased trim, back applique (inset), zipper, button trim, bow drape, pleated knot, and long sleeves with slit and button/loop. B: upper sleeves with inset and lower sleeves. Purchased petticoat, veil and trim.
