Butterick 4243 out of print paper sewing pattern, dated 2004. 

Women's / Women's Petite Top, Skirt and Pants:

Semi-fitted top has sleeves and shaped hem. A: short sleeves. B: long sleeves and pocket. Above ankle skirt or pants in two lengths has elastic waist and stitched hems. C: back seam slit.

Sizes  16 - 18 - 20:

Bust   38 - 40 - 42 inches / 97 - 102 - 107 cm

Waist 30 - 32 - 34 inches / 76 - 81 - 87 cm

Hip    40 - 42 - 44 inches / 102 - 107 - 112 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good condition.
