Butterick 400 vintage sewing pattern, dated ca. 1960s.

LAYETTE:
(A) Long sleeved dress or nightgown with ribbon trim. (B) Puffed sleeve version of dress or nightgown. (C) Petticoat buttons on the shoulders. (D) Panties with button or hammer-on-snap closing. (E) Ribbon trimmed jacket with three-quarter sleeves. (F) Bonnet with ribbon tie.

ONE SIZE ( Newborn).

Pattern is printed, partly cut and checked complete. Pattern envelope is in very good vintage condition.
