Butterick 3740 vintage sewing pattern, dated ca mid 1970s.

CHILDREN'S & GIRLS' BLOUSES

A and B Close-fitting sleeveless blouse in two lengths has square neckline, front buttoned closing, self or purchased eyelet ruffle trim, and waistband extending into ties. C and D Semi-fitted blouse, waist-length or midriff length with elastic, has attached self bow and elasticized neckline and short raglan puffed sleeves.

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
