Butterick 3241 sewing pattern, dated 2001, now out of print.

Men's costume:

Loose-fitting, unlined, below-hip jacket, has shoulder pads, mock-front collar, double-breasted and long sleeves. Loose-fitting, lined vest has low armholes, mock-welt, pockets and shaped hemline. Loose-fitting, straight-legged pants have elastic waist and side pockets. All garments have stitched hems. Purchased shirt, tie and accessories.
