Butterick 3160 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1985.

Misses' Top & Skirt.

Top (fitted through bust) has collar variations, shoulder puffs, back-buttoned closing and above elbow or long sleeves with pleated cap and button cuffs. A and B: front tucks. A and C: contrast. Narrow hem. Slightly flared skirt, below mid-calf, has waistband, pleated and gathered waist and back zipper. Purchased flower and tie.

Waist 26.5 inches / 67 cm

Hip    36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope has wear around opening, store stamp on the front.
