Burda 7983 sewing pattern, dated 2013, now out of print.

Misses' Dress:

High waisted dress, above knee length, has skirt gathered to bodice under gathered bust. View A: strapless, bow trimmed. View B: wide shoulder straps.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good condition, with a store stamp on the front.
