Anne Adams 4945 vintage paper sewing pattern, dated 1940s.

Misses' slip with optional lace edging or tatting and embroidery transfer.

Pattern is unprinted tissue, checked complete. Tissue and instruction sheets are in very good  condition. Embroidery transfer and original wax paper envelope included.
