Vogue 8689 sewing pattern, dated 2010.

Fitted shirts have princess seams, collar and collar band, button-down placket, front and back yokes, narrow hem and flat-felled seams. A, B: Side slit openings. A, D: Short sleeves with stitched hem. A: Mandarin collar. B: Three-quarter length sleeves with button cuffs. C, E: Long sleeves with button cuffs. D, E: Bust pockets. E: Bias yokes, pockets and cuffs.

Includes separate pattern pieces for A, B, C and D cup sizes.
