Vogue 9459 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1986.

Misses' Top & Skirt.

Top has loose-fitting, blouson bodice, shoulder pads, shaped peplum, back-button closing and short sleeves with cuffs or long sleeves. B: collar extending into tie ends. Straight skirt, below mid-knee, has waistband, back vent and back zipper.

Size  12 14 16:

Bust   34 - 36 - 38 inches / 87 - 92 - 97 cm

Waist 26 1/2 - 28 - 30 inches / 67 - 71 - 76 cm

Hip    36 - 38 - 40 inches / 92 - 97 - 102 cm

Pattern is cut as a size 16, and checked complete for all sizes. Sleeve pieces have been cut at shorter length; original extension pieces are included. Pattern envelope has tanning, light spotting and shelf wear.
