Vogue 7211 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1999.

Misses'/Misses' Petite Jacket & Skirt:

Semi-fitted, partially interfaced, lined, hip length jacket has raised neckline, fold-back facings, shoulder pads, princess seams, flaps and long, two-piece effect sleeves with button trim. B: contrast front facings and flaps. Semi-fitted, straight, lined skirt, above mid-knee or evening length, has waistband (elastic back) and side zipper/slit.

Bust  30.5 - 31.5 - 32.5 inches / 78 - 80 - 83 cm

Waist 23 - 24 - 25 inches / 58 - 61 - 64 cm

Hip    32.5 - 33.5 - 34.5 inches / 83 - 85 - 89 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope has very light shelf wear, small tear to flap, store stamp on the front.
