Very Easy Vogue 9154 vintage sewing pattern, dated ca 1975. 

Misses' Top and Skirt.

Loose-fitting pullover top has bateau neckline, yoke and short sleeve cut in on e or attached three-quarter length kimono sleeves with turn back cuffs, side slits and back zipper closing. Below mid-knee length flared bias skirt has waistband and side zipper closing. Topstitch trim.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Pattern envelope is in very good vintage condition.
