Very Easy Vogue 8713 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1993.

Misses'/Misses' Petite Dress.

Loose-fitting, tapered dress, below mid-knee, has extended shoulders, shoulder pads, self or contrast yokes with button trim, back zipper, and hemline slit and above elbow or contrast long sleeves. A: pockets.
