Style 4867 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1974.

Misses' Set of Blouses:  

Blouse has front button fastening and sleeves gathered into cut-in armholes. View 1 and 2 have long sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs. View 1 and 3 have front yoke and bias neck tie. View 2 and 4 have front tucks and notched collar. View 3 and 4 have short sleeves.

Bust    32.5 inches / 83 cm

Waist  25 inches / 64 cm

Hip     34.5 inches / 88 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
