Style 1535 vintage sewing pattern dated 1976. 

Maternity Dress, Pinafore or Top and Trousers in Misses' Sizes:

Dress, pinafore or top slightly gathered onto yoke has straps and back zipper. View 1 and 3 have pockets with bands and top-stitched trim. View 1 has straps, yoke and pocket band in contrasting fabric. View 3 has bias cut yoke and pocket bands. Trousers have front stay and adjustable button fastened elastic thru waistline casing.

Bust     32 1/2 inches / 83 cm

Waist   25 inches/ 64 cm

Hip      34 1/2 inches / 88 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope has some wear and tear around the opening, name handwritten in pencil on the front.
