Style 1064 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1975. 

Misses' Set of Blouses.

Blouse has front button fastening and long bias set-in sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs. View 1 has collar. View 2 has bias neck tie. View 3 has stand collar, purchased belt and optional trim.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
