Simplicity 9653 out of print paper sewing pattern, dated 2022.

Cottage core prairie dress has front buttoned placket, stand collar, ruffles inserted into front and back princess seams, back tie ends, and three-quarter length puffed tapered sleeves finished with ruffles. Full skirt gathers from waistline seam to mid-calf length with lower ruffle.
