The top-stitched skirt has waistband and extensions forming tie ends. V. 1 is regular length, V. 2 is long.
SMALL 10 - 12:
Waist 25 - 26.5 inches / 64 - 67 cm
Hip 34.5 - 36 inches / 88 - 92 cm
Pattern is UNCUT and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with some spotting.
