Simplicity 8749 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1978. 

Misses' Pullover Dress:

Dress V. 1 with pleated skirt and V. 2 & 3 with gathered skirt dropped waistline have gathers at forward shoulder seams, extended shoulders, front slit opening and can be worn with or without self tie or purchased belt. V. 1 & 2 have long set-in sleeves with elastic casings. V. 1 & 3 have self ties at neck. V. 2 has tie collar. 

Size   12:

Bust   34 inches / 87 cm

Waist 26 1/2 inches / 67 cm

Hip    36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with a store stamp on the front.
