Simplicity 8468 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1987. 

Men's Or Teen's Shirt, Pants, Shorts and Easy Fitting Unlined Jacket.

Jacket with self-lined front has notched collar, patch pockets and long, two-piece sleeves (wrong side of fabric shows when sleeves are rolled up). Shirt has forward shoulder seams, slightly extended shoulders and optional patch pocket. Pants and shorts have fly zipper, front pleated to buttoned waistband, back elastic casing, side seam pockets and optional back patch pockets.

Chest  34 - 36 inches / 87 - 92 cm

Pattern is UNCUT and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with a store stamp on the front.
