Misses' Sundress or Jumper ... A Fuss-Free Fit Pattern with special instructions for fitting: 

The dress or jumper has back zipper, bands, shoulder straps and pockets concealed in side seams. Top-stitched V.1 with contrasting bands has button trimmed pocket. 

Size    12:

Bust    34 inches / 87 cm

Waist  26.5 inches / 67 cm

Hip     36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope has wear and tear, especially around opening.
