Simplicity 8182 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1977. 

Designer Fashion: Shirt-Jacket, Vest, Skirt & Pants:

Skirt and pants have back zipper, waistband and optional top-stitching and tie ends. Gathered skirt has side pockets. Top-stitched jacket or vest with collar effect has front bands. Jacket has long set-in sleeves with sleeve bands. 

Size   18 1/2:

Bust   104 cm (41 inches)

Waist  89 cm ( 35 inches)

Hip    109 cm ( 43 inches).

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is intact, has overall light wear and paper tanning.
