Jumper or Mini Sun Dress (Including Tissue Lesson-Chart..."How to make a shaped bias dart"):

The dress or jumper with button trimmed shoulder straps has back zipper, patch pockets and optional top-stitching. V. 1 is regular-length. V. 2 is above knee-length.

Hip    34.5 inches / 88 cm
